Celebrate 20 years of Bynum Front Porch with these scheduled events in October:

Bagels and Banjoes Sing-Along! - Saturday, October 10

9:00 AM-12:00 PM

Join us for a delicious breakfast spread, then lift your voice in a community singalong with the multitalented Bynum Bluegrass jamcircle musicians. Beginning at 9 AM, enjoy a variety of breakfast treats — bagels with cream cheese, pastries, cake — plus hot coffee and tea.

Then, at 10 AM, the musicians kick off their spirited set, and you will be invited to join in as back-up singers shortly after. Printed song lyrics will be available, making it easy for everyone to sing along to warm, familiar tunes.

It’s sure to be great fun for all!

Free admission (donations welcome).

BFP Gala Night Fundraiser Friday - Friday October 23

7:00 PM-9:30 PM (Doors open at 6:00 PM)

Come celebrate 20 years of Bynum Front Porch at our Gala Night Fundraiser and help keep the lights shining and our unique community-inspired programs going at the Bynum General Store.

Enjoy live music from Mr. Wonderful and his band — classic Sinatra and Dean Martin vibes — with plenty of room to dance or sit back at your cocktail table and soak it all in.

Dress in your best 50s–60s cocktail attire (encouraged, not required!), and enjoy mocktails (available for purchase) and light bar snacks. Raffle tickets will be sold throughout the night, and everyone will have a chance to win the free door prizes.

Tickets are limited and offered on a sliding scale of $20–$25–$30 so everyone can give what they can. Grab yours online as soon as they go live.
